In<a href=\"http:\/\/lidija-kralj.from.hr\/?p=572\"> previous briefing reports<\/a>, you may have read about teaching for, with, and about AI, supporting teachers, and identifying the necessary competences for them to become fluent in emerging technologies. With all these dynamic changes, <a href=\"https:\/\/uciteljihr-my.sharepoint.com\/:b:\/g\/personal\/lidija_kralj_ucitelji_hr\/EbC_yYrmUkdJlLv5Vj6ccMEBE-4aZ6jmsYWjqTNLTPwFFg?e=scNQUR\">this briefing report<\/a> aims to highlight the importance of integrating AI literacy into both existing and new curricula. Our focus will be on providing valuable ideas and concrete examples for effectively incorporating AI education.<\/p>\n<p>This is why the current document proposes some examples of different countries\u2019 approaches on education about AI. As you will see below, some countries have chosen to develop new curricula, while others integrated AI into their existing ones.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230; short summary<\/em><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #e6a9ec\"> Belgium<\/span><br \/>\nAlthough AI competences are briefly mentioned in the new curricula, there is little detail provided regarding what should be taught to students. A few Belgian organisations, mostly from the non-formal education sector, are starting to implement drafts of AI curricula aimed at primary and secondary schools.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #e6a9ec\"> Ireland<\/span><br \/>\nUsing the Digital Strategy document as a basis, some curriculum work has been done in the past year to develop pupils\u2019 understanding of AI.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #e6a9ec\"> Italy<\/span><br \/>\nCivic education was introduced for all school grades in 2020\/2021 and the lesson time could be used to teach transdisciplinary topics like in this case AI skills, focusing on ethical, societal and political aspects of AI.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #e6a9ec\"> Spain<\/span><br \/>\nThe new education law in Spain includes contents of AI at different levels, from primary school to high school, mainly related to technology subjects.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #e6a9ec\"> Ukraine<\/span><br \/>\nA working group comprising school and university teachers, along with IT professionals, was able to suggest AI-oriented content that could be covered in approximately 10 hours of class time. U prethodnim preglednim izvje\u0161\u0107ima mogli ste \u010ditati o pou\u010davanju za, s i o AI, podr\u0161ci u\u010diteljima i identificiranju potrebnih u\u010diteljskih kompetencija za razumijevanje novih tehnologija. Sa svim ovim dinami\u010dnim promjenama, ovo pregledno izvje\u0161\u0107e isti\u010de va\u017enost integracije pismenosti o umjetnoj inteligenciji u postoje\u0107e i nove kurikulume. Fokus je na prezentiranju vrijednih ideja i konkretnih primjera za u\u010dinkovito uklju\u010divanje obrazovanja o umjetnoj inteligenciji.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog toga u ovom dokument predstavljamo neke primjere pristupa obrazovanja o umjetnoj inteligenciji razli\u010ditih zemalja. Kao \u0161to \u0107ete vidjeti u nastavku, neke su zemlje odlu\u010dile razviti nove kurikulume, dok su druge integrirale UI u postoje\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; kratki sa\u017eetak<\/p>\n<p>Belgija<br \/>\nIako se kompetencije o umjetnoj inteligenciji ukratko spominju u novim kurikulumima, postoji malo detalja o tome \u0161to bi trebalo pou\u010davati u\u010denike. Nekoliko belgijskih organizacija, uglavnom iz sektora neformalnog obrazovanja, po\u010dinje provoditi nacrte kurikuluma o umjetnoj inteligenciji u osnovnim i srednjim \u0161kolama.<\/p>\n<p>Irska<br \/>\nZasnovano na irskoj Digitalnoj strategiji, u protekloj godini napravljene su odre\u0111ene promjene kurikuluma kako bi u\u010denici razvili razumijevanje umjetne inteligencije.<\/p>\n<p>Italija<br \/>\nGra\u0111ansko obrazovanje uvedeno je za sve razrede 2020.\/2021., pa se nastavno vrijeme tog predmeta mo\u017ee iskoristiti za pou\u010davanje interdisciplinarnih tema kao \u0161to su, u ovom slu\u010daju, vje\u0161tine umjetne inteligencije, s fokusom na eti\u010dke, dru\u0161tvene i politi\u010dke aspekte umjetne inteligencije.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160panjolska<br \/>\nNovi zakon o obrazovanju u \u0160panjolskoj uklju\u010duje sadr\u017eaje o umjetnoj inteligenciji na razli\u010ditim razinama, od osnovne do srednje \u0161kole, uglavnom vezano uz tehni\u010dke nastavne predmete.<\/p>\n<p>Ukrajina<br \/>\nRadna skupina sastavljena od \u0161kolskih i sveu\u010dili\u0161nih nastavnika, zajedno s IT stru\u010dnjacima, uspjela je predlo\u017eiti sadr\u017eaje usmjerene na UI koji bi se mogli pokriti u pribli\u017eno 10 sati nastave.
